摘要

近年来,肥胖的发病率逐年上升,给人类健康和社会经济带来严重负担。胰岛素样生长因子(insulin-like growth factor)是一种化学结构上与胰岛素高度同源的多肽物质,参与机体多种物质的代谢,与肥胖的发生发展密切相关。本文将概述胰岛素样生长因子轴的组成,重点综述胰岛素样生长因子在肥胖发生发展中的作用及其相关机制,为肥胖的防治提供新的思路和策略。

Abstract

In recent years, the incidence of obesity has been increasing, bringing a serious burden to human health and the social economy. Insulin-like growth factor (IGF) is a polypeptide highly homologous with insulin in structure, which participates in the metabolism of various substances in the body and is closely related to the occurrence and development of obesity. This article outlines the composition of the IGF axis and focuses on the role of IGF in the development of obesity as well as the underlying mechanisms, aiming to provide new ideas and strategies for the prevention and treatment of obesity.
