动脉粥样硬化、腹主动脉瘤、肺动脉高压、心肌缺血再灌注损伤、心衰等多种心血管疾病中均存在细胞自噬(autophagy)水平紊乱,生理水平的自噬在维持心血管系统各类细胞稳态中发挥重要作用。本文综述了自噬在维护心血管系统各类细胞稳态和参与心血管疾病病理机制中的研究,并以张应变力学刺激为切入点,介绍了力学刺激调控的细胞骨架重塑在自噬调控中的可能作用和机制。以自噬为靶点的干预有望为心血管疾病的诊断和治疗提供潜在方向。
Autophagy disorder is involved in various cardiovascular diseases, including atherosclerosis, abdominal aortic aneurysm, pulmonary hypertension, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury, and heart failure. Physiological autophagy plays a crucial role in maintaining cardiovascular homeostasis. Herein, we review the existing research on the role of autophagy in preserving cardiovascular homeostasis and regulating the pathological processes of cardiovascular diseases. Additionally, focusing on cyclic stretch, a type of mechanical stimulation, we review the potential roles and mechanisms of mechanical stimulation in cytoskeleton remodeling and autophagy regulation. Targeting autophagy offers promising prospects for potential interventions in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
