自新型冠状病毒肺炎在全球蔓延以来，世界各国纷纷对其展开研究。随着研究的不断深入， 金属蛋白酶（metalloproteinase）在其发病机制中的作用逐渐受到重视。文章综述了目前国内外关于金属蛋白酶在新型冠状病毒肺炎发病过程中的作用研究，旨在为临床治疗提供新的思路与靶点。

Since COVID-19 began to spread globally, it has been main focus for many countries around the world. With the continuous deepening of research, the role of metalloproteinases in the pathogenesis of COVID-19 has gradually obtained concerns. Here,we review recent research worldwide on the role of metalloproteinases in the pathogenesis of COVID-19, aiming to provide new ideas and targets for clinical treatment.
