Abstract

The circadian rhythm plays an important role in maintaining body homeostasis, and circadian rhythm disorders are common symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. While the circadian rhythm has received increasing attention, there is still a lack of effective integration of previous research findings on the influence of circadian rhythm on Alzheimer's disease. This article systematically and comprehensively reviews the influence of different types of circadian rhythm disorders on Alzheimer's disease, and considers exercise as a method to improve its symptom. By analyzing the causes of circadian rhythm disorders, the relationship between circadian rhythm disorders and Alzheimer's disease, as well as the influence of exercise on regulating the circadian rhythm, this article explores the mechanisms through which exercise improves Alzheimer's disease, providing new insights for the prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
