摘要

NCAPD2(non-structural maintenance of chromosome condensin I complex subunit D2)是凝缩蛋白复合物I(condensin complex I)的三种亚基之一,其参与细胞周期有丝分裂过程中染色体的凝集和分离,在染色体稳定性方面发挥关键作用。近期研究表明,NCAPD2在多种恶性肿瘤组织中高表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展及不良预后密切相关。为此,本文就NCAPD2在细胞有丝分裂中发挥的一系列调控作用,以及NCAPD2的表达异常与肿瘤之间的关系进行综述,有望为NCAPD2被确立为临床预后的生物标志物提供依据。

Abstract

Non-structural maintenance of chromosome condensin I complex subunit D2 (NCAPD2), one of the three subunits of the condensin complex I, is involved in the aggregation and separation of chromosomes during mitosis in the cell cycle and plays a crucial role in maintaining chromosome stability. Recent studies have shown that NCAPD2 is highly expressed in various malignant tumor tissues, and is closely related to tumor occurrence, development, and poor prognosis. Therefore, this article reviews the regulatory role of NCAPD2 in cell mitosis and the relationship between abnormal expression of NCAPD2 and tumors, which may provide a basis for NCAPD2 to be established as a biomarker for clinical prognosis.
